The pastor and staff are paid Christians.
I'll give what I can.
Membership is a right. Don't talk to me about my commitments.
I am the pastor. I am in charge.
Only the pastor can help me.
I am ordained, you are not.
I come to church for what I can get out of it for myself.
If we say the name of Jesus we may offend someone.
My staff is incompetent.
I must know, and be in control of everything.
We have never done it that way before.
We don't minister to those folks.

My name is on the sign, I am the pastor.
